Thea Meulenberg Casting was founded in Amsterdam in 1980 by casting director Thea Meulenberg. Since then, the agency has grown into an established casting partner for commercial productions in the Netherlands and internationally.

Today, the family-run agency is led by her son, Laurens Meulenberg, and daughter-in-law, Sevina Stapert-Meulenberg. Together, they combine decades of casting experience with backgrounds in commercial film production, advertising, marketing and communications.

That combination gives us an understanding of both sides of the casting process: the creative and production requirements behind the brief and the people who need to bring it to life on camera.
